How posts are made
Law + AI Daily is researched and drafted with AI tools. Each week a research step collects the most-discussed law and AI topics, Oregon developments and learning resources from public sources. Each weekday a writing step turns one of those topics into a post. An automated check then blocks any post that breaks the rules below.
The rules
- Information, not advice. Posts explain what rules, cases and tools say. They never tell a reader what to do in their own legal matter.
- Everything cited. Every post has at least three sources, at least one of them official (a court, legislature, agency or bar). Dates, numbers, bills and statutes carry a citation.
- No promises. No guaranteed outcomes, no "fully compliant" claims, and no "specialist" or "best lawyer" language.
- Fair to people. We report what courts and agencies have published and don't speculate about individuals.
- Sponsors are separate. Sponsor spots are labeled and sponsors never influence editorial content.
- Clearly ours. Notes about TacticalMS's own products appear in a labeled box, never mixed into the reporting.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, email intake@tacticalms.dev. We fix errors promptly and note significant corrections at the end of the post.
This post is general information about law and technology, not legal advice. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, and TacticalMS is not a law firm. Laws, rules and ethics opinions change; check the cited sources and talk with a licensed Oregon attorney about any specific situation.
